• Umami Cloud: Privacy-focused website analytics used to measure page views, general traffic sources, and anonymous conversion events, together with website performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals. Umami does not use tracking cookies or track visitors across websites. We exclude URL query strings, form entries, matter references, property values, and calculated fees from the information we send.

The conversion events we record tell us only that a visitor started a quote request or successfully submitted the contact form. They do not include the information entered into either service.

Embedded Services

Some pages contain third-party content needed to provide a feature or confirm our regulatory status. This includes Google Maps on our contact page, InTouch quote forms, and the Solicitors Regulation Authority's digital badge. These providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when their content loads. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
